Article I: Ships built within Vinish waters shall be registered under Vindex Nation.
Article II: Ships that are registered under Vindex Nation shall have all laws applied to them, no matter the ship’s location. This shall make all crimes illegal within a registered Vinish ship.
Article III: If a crime is committed within a registered Vinish vessel or Vinish territory, law enforcement can arrest the offender(s).
Article IV: If said ship is built in unclaimed waters, then it shall not be registered under Vindex Nation, regardless of said person’s citizenship therefore making all crimes legal in said ship within unclaimed waters.
Article V: To register a ship, said person must contact the Department of Transportation with the following information: Ship size, color, and owner. (Size + Color needed for identification purposes) at which point the Department of Transportation will place the ship under their registry, and the boat owner will receive a copy of the registration form.
