Section I: Slavery & Indentured Servitude Illegalization Act (2019) or SISLA:19 shall make the act(s) of owning individuals as well as indentured servitude is to be illegal.
Section II: A former individual who was held as a slave and forced to work, may sue for the maximum amount that an individual can sue for in court, as set by congress
Section I: Slavery is to be defined as the complete ownership of any individual for any purpose.
Section II: The punishment for anyone engaging in the owning of individuals shall be under the charge of “Human Trafficking”. This shall warrant in the immediate arrest of said parties.
Section I: Any legal contracts made that force an individual into a service or ownership of another individual are to become null and void.
Section II: Indentured Servitude is to be defined as to be contracted in the service of another person without any pay or compensation for a definite period of time.
Section III: All work that is contracted but done voluntarily, is exempt from this bill.
